We will get them signed and returned to you before the job shadow. Please review below and confirm that you have read the following terms.

I understand that students should remain on site and not travel unless prior arrangements have been made with Livingston ESA and students. If you'd like a student to travel with you, we are happy to get a permission slip from parents/guardians. *
