Based on the income guidelines established by the NY State Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP), students are eligible if your household income is not greater than the amount listed below.

This application consists of 8 SECTIONS, and will not be accepted until complete. It must be completed in one sitting, and you will not be able to make changes once you hit "submit".
I understand that this is not a drop-in program. If selected, I am committing to participating in all events and programming as outlined here:
Saturdays, 9am - 5pm
Fall: September - December
Spring: January - May
Students may not miss more than 2 sessions per semester

This question should be completed with the assistance of a parent/guardian. Tax returns are preferred and required for anyone who pays taxes. If your parents do not pay taxes, you ARE still eligible and must provide another form of proof of income, listed below. Financial documentation will be collected from all students at a later date. Students must submit accurate information.
You will need to submit 5-10 images/videos of artwork you have created. | This can include drawings, paintings, photography, digital illustrations, fashion designs, sculpture, photos of sketchbooks, or any other media. If you submit work made for school assignments, please be sure to include work that you've made independently.
Please put all images together into one file (PDF, Powerpoint/Google Slides , or Word/Google Doc files works fine). Feel free to use this portfolio template.
