Thank you for participating in our Partnership Alignment Screener. This process helps us understand how organizations across Oregon are advancing equity and justice through their unique approaches.

This screener gives us a brief understanding of your organization and highlights areas where our values align. To view The Collins Foundation’s mission and values, please visit The Collins Foundation.

Please note that this is not a funding application, but rather the first step in identifying potential partners before moving to the proposal stage.

Our goals through this process are to:

Build mutual understanding between your organization and The Collins Foundation
Recognize your organization's unique strengths and approaches to equity work
Better support your community-centered efforts
Create transparency and efficiency by assessing value alignment early, preventing organizations from investing time in full applications when our priorities may differ

How to Complete

Take your time: The following six, multiple choice questions may take up to 30 minutes to complete. Consider each question thoughtfully. There are no "right" answers—we value honest reflection about where your organization currently stands.
Select best matches: For each section, choose the option that most closely reflects your organization's current reality, not aspirations for the future.
Be authentic: We recognize organizations are at different points in their equity journeys. Your honest responses help us better understand how to support your work.
We recommend discussing these questions with your leadership team to ensure responses accurately reflect your organization's current practices and values. The person who is most knowledgeable about your organization should complete this form. The email you enter into this form should be the primary contact for this submission.
After you complete the form, our team will carefully review your responses to gain a deeper understanding of your organization's values and approaches. We will email you approximately two weeks from submission with specific information about the next steps in our funding process.
