Innovation Dashboard

##The Innovation Dashboard brings visibility to Portland Public Schools (PPS) teams for their innovative projects across the organization—past and present with success metrics, stakeholder groups, lessons learned, and opportunities to scale. Teams may use the Innovation Dashboard to find projects that are similar in scope and learn from the successes and opportunity areas of growth for each project. This functional tool shows the system to itself and brings organizational coherence to the improvement solutions at the district and site level.

In addition to spotlighting the amazing work here at PPS, the dashboard offers the PPS community the tools and resources to bring their own innovative projects to implementation to scale.
